Jeffrey Petracca

Jeffrey Petracca is a sports industry executive with over 15 years of experience working with C-level executives at Fortune 500 companies, sports teams, leagues, venues, universities and investors. He serves as Co-Founder and Chief Executive of Paramount Projects overseeing the long-term revenue strategy for prestige properties with a focus on sports and entertainment. Jeffrey has secured over $250 million in sponsorship deals during his career.

With an intimate knowledge of what drives a decision makers thought process, Jeffrey takes a unique approach to partnerships from ideation through execution. He specializes in procuring strategic brand partners to deliver win-win agreements earning him an immense amount of respect from brands and properties alike. Before founding Paramount, Jeffrey served as an executive at CAA Sports where he was integral member within their sports property sales group working with flagship organizations and entities around the globe. He also previously worked on the team side at the Barclays Center, MetLife Stadium, and Mandalay Sports.

Jeffrey holds a BA in Business Management from Marymount Manhattan College, and often returns as a guest speaker within the business department.

Nicholas Gonce

Nicholas Gonce comes to Paramount with a background working in sales & sports marketing. He most recently worked for the Brooklyn Nets where he helped secure brand partnerships.  Nicholas implements a unique approach to strategic research & ideation which helped grow team revenue through sponsorships. Prior to the Brooklyn Nets, Nicholas worked for Mercedes Benz within the Brand Partnerships group .

He worked directly with partners to create collaborative events & activations at Mercedes Benz Stadium in metropolitan Atlanta. Nicholas graduated from the University of Mississippi with a Master's of Business Administration and a Bachelor's of Business Management and Marketing. Residing in New York City, he enjoys traveling, skiing, and attending a variety of different sporting events.
