Director, Brand Partnerships

Responsibilities

The Director of Brand Partnerships will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:

·  Prospecting new business and potential brand partners

·  Developing and pitching sponsorship packages designed to meet clients’ needs

·  Closing new business

· Fulfilling sponsorship packages when necessary

·  Managing client(s) relationships, including:

     – Participating in weekly status calls

     – Attending on-site client/brand meetings

     – Coordinating with client(s) to ensure all contract fulfillment is executed within scope of project/on time

· All aspects of customer service, including:

     – Cultivating relationships with current and prospective brands/sponsors

     – Entertaining existing and new sponsors during hospitality and/or athletic events

·  Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Director candidates should preferably have at least five (5) years of sponsorship sales experience with some corporate relationships already established. A Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent work experience) with a focus on sports business or business management is the preference.
